Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant, you will work with clients to advise on the selection of the right IAM security solutions, providing technical adoption and tool expertise. You will be responsible for implementation, customization, configuration, and production support of Identity and Access Management solutions. This includes providing end-to-end user life cycle provisioning, enabling least privilege models, and implementing single sign-on solutions to deliver high-quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide consulting services to analyze and resolve Identity and Access Management issues
  • Work with clients to achieve an overall superior security posture
  • Develop and implement secure access solutions using in-depth product experience and client business knowledge

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

  • Knowledge of NERC CIP requirements for access management
  • General knowledge of utilizing an identity governance & administration tool to provision/deprovision access (SailPoint, ISIM, Change Gear, RSA experience desirable)
  • ID Management Tool Stack (TDI)
