About the Role:
The Ar Collections Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate cash collections in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for initiating contact with customers to secure payment, maintaining customer goodwill, and ensuring compliance with corporate collection and credit policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned portfolios by analyzing, resolving variances, and compiling a list of necessary adjustments with backup documentation.
- Support collections process to meet or exceed established monthly and yearly collection goals through timely invoice resolution and directing cash applications.
- Communicate discrepancies and coordinate corrections with internal teams.
- Provide updates to senior leadership on payments.
- Identify and facilitate resolution with customers for non-payment and provide guidance on complex issues.
- Follow up with customers regarding past-due payments.
- Process and reconcile account receivables and remittances.
- Ensure collections targets are met or exceeded monthly.
- Prepare statements of accounts for customers and regularly follow up for payments.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- 1-3 years' experience in Account Receivables reconciliations/Collections.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field preferred.
- Quick problem solver, team player, good time management skills.
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Experience in SAP ERP preferred.
- Great organizational and interpersonal skills.
- High level of analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Complete understanding of the Order to Cash process.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales.
