About the Role- Assist in the implementation and optimization of HCM modules within Workday by analyzing current processes and contributing to the development of solutions aligned with best practices.
- Serve as a point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, helping to manage ticketing queues, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate solutions to support users across various levels.
In this position, you will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other departments to understand Workday capabilities and assist in recommending improvements and opportunities for workflow automation.
