About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in deep cleaning and special projects as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
