Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as operations management, business administration, or engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production operations role, with a strong background in process management and leadership.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High proficiency in the use of SAP or similar systems for data input, output, report creation, and data analysis.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, partners, and the public.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interact with staff, partners, and the public with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
