Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead our comprehensive Human Resource Management in Mexico's plant. This key position will oversee recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, union affairs, and administrative management.

The ideal candidate must ensure that the company's HR policies align with local laws and regulations, foster collaboration between Chinese and Mexican teams, and support the plant's long-term development and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and success
  • Maintain open communication channels with all levels of employees, ensuring a positive work environment
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Chinese and Mexican teams, promoting collaboration and cross-cultural understanding
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and protecting the company's interests
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Administration, Business Management, Economics, Labor Relations or related field
  • Fluent English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • 10-15 years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR Strategies, Recruitment, Union Relations Management, Employee Relations and Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits Management, Administrative Management, Employee Training and Development, Culture and Compliance Management
