About the Position

Tc Energy is seeking a skilled Land Agent to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in the release of the right of way for our projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities

  • Execution of preliminary activities, including trace location and identification, property identification, and delivery of notice of interest.
  • Starting negotiations with landowners and obtaining necessary consents.
  • Coordinating with the legal area to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Follow-up on contract signing and agreement reached.
  • Defense of the right of way and registration of contracts in RAN and RPP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience dealing with landowners.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Hydrocarbons Law, Laws, Guidelines, and Official Norms related to the industry.
