Job Title: HR Leaf Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Leaf Coordinator to join our team at British American Tobacco Mexico. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our processing plant, ensuring seamless recruitment, new hire orientation, and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and selection of employees and union workers
  • Ensure effective onboarding process for new joiners
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Implement events according to company program and assist with special projects
  • Support workforce planning and identification of talent needs
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return, turnover, and absenteeism
  • Implement and promote organizational development initiatives to improve effectiveness and company culture
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve talent retention
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience working in Human Resources
  • Desirable intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organizational skills, ability to prioritize
  • Highly motivated and ambitious
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Studies: Business Administration / Psychology
  • Proficient level of MS Office Applications
  • Intermediate English: written and speaking
