Marketing Branding and Recruitment Senior Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Senior Analyst to join our team and contribute to the enhancement of Integon

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages

- Maintain reporting and analysis for branding initiatives

- Manage content on Integon's Careers website

- Attend events to represent Integon and create engaging social media content

- Coordinate recruitment marketing activities and operations

- Draft internal and external communications and develop project-based marketing plans

- Assist in developing the Integon recruiting information library, identifying and recommending relevant content for social sharing and 'keep warm' messaging

- Oversee multimedia production, including branding videos and employee photo shoots, and recommend participants and content for marketing collateral

- Serve as a core member of the Talent Acquisition social media team, curating content and monitoring posts

- Implement and track branding campaigns (segmented, local, and national) in collaboration with external vendors

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum two years' experience in marketing, employer branding, or a related field

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Creativity and a passion for engaging storytelling
