Senior Project Manager

This role is a part of the Professional Services Senior Project Manager in Latin America.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide leadership, sound judgment, vision, direction, coaching, issue & conflict resolution, and effective decision-making. You will also provide information regarding tasks, plans, schedules, strategies, and organizational structure to stakeholders, negotiation, and team building.
You will manage teams/projects and bring them to success. You will also manage interactions between the customer and the project team. Adapt and deal with situations and manage everyone's expectations through ongoing change.
Attend weekly meetings for forecast updates and resourcing adjustments.
Key requirements include 10+ years of experience managing complex projects and indirectly leading project members during the engagements under your supervision. You should also be able to adjust scope, efforts, costs, and prices accordingly as projects advance.
Strong customer-facing (up to C-level) and negotiation skills are required. Good written and spoken communication skills (Portuguese, English – Spanish highly recommended) are also necessary.
Self-management skills, able to self-manage time and tasks to accomplish project goals, reporting the progress of tasks are essential. Experience with Project Management matters and PMO knowledge are also required.
Information Technology/Computer Science degree or similar is preferred. Language (Native Spanish and Advanced English) is also required. The candidate must reside in Mexico City.
Additional requirements include experience managing projects with OpenText Solutions (ECM, VIM, OTMM, Exstream, Documentum Platform, xECM for SAP, xECM for SuccessFactors, Migration tools, Capture Tools – BCC, ICC, OCC, Captiva). Intermediate/Advanced Portuguese language skills are also desired.
