Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr Recruiter to join our team at Kohler. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, including screening resumes, arranging interview schedules, and creating effective advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the medical department to program admissions exams for open positions.
  • Schedule psychological assessments and coordinate the recruitment process.
  • Screen resumes, arrange interview schedules, and conduct interviews.
  • Create effective advertising campaigns using various recruitment sources.
  • Follow up with new hires during their probationary period to detect potential issues.
  • Recommend solutions to reduce absenteeism, rotation, and voluntary termination.
  • Work with the Manager-Staffing to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Verify job applicant background information and references.
  • Coordinate the recruitment office in San Luis de la Paz.
  • Participate in job fairs and events.
  • Coordinate HC for recruiting manufacturing roles.

Requirements:

  • Prefers Bachelor's degree.
  • Prefers 2-4 years of experience as a Recruiter or HR generalist.
  • Strong critical and supportive traits, including empathy, assertiveness, and thoroughness.
  • Ability to persuasively sell ideas, develop new contacts, and maintain existing relationships.
  • Independent goal-setting and problem-solving skills.
