This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global pharmaceutical client, developing breakthrough innovative medicines to improve and extend human life. Your responsibilities will include providing project support to the project team, directed by the Project Managers, CTMs, and CRAs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the project teams with the set-up, organization, and maintenance of clinical study documentation and guidelines.
  • Processing Data Collection Forms, including logging, tracking, and quality control.
  • Sharing responsibility in the quality control audits of clinical study documentation to ensure study files are inspection-ready at all times.
  • Facilitating and coordinating the ordering, dispatch, and tracking of trial materials.
  • Assisting project teams with trial progress tracking by updating the Clinical Trial Management systems.
  • Coordinating study-related payments, if applicable.
  • Contacting and serving as a contact for clinical sites for basic requests.
  • Assisting and attending the Project team with meeting coordination, activities preparation, generation of meeting minutes, and agendas.
  • Coordinating various tracking reports, including team member tracking and training.
  • Keeping the Project Manager/Project Director/Clinical Operations Designee informed of any issues within the Project Team requiring attention.

Requirements include:

  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Organizational skills to support several team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • High school diploma or local equivalent.
  • Fluent English and host country language.
