About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation & Software Systems Manager to join our team at Mondelélé International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and overall operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic facilities road-map and annual operating plan to drive business continuity and excellence.
  • Lead and manage the facilities team to deliver zero breakdowns through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the facilities team to implement IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working.
  • Interface with key stakeholders to develop and maintain effective relationships and align priorities to deliver company objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts.
  • Engineer with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
