Job Summary
To support our teams building great products and driving growth, we're seeking a Sr Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus. This role involves guiding cross-functional experts in delivering customer-focused products and services, ensuring project success through development and implementation of strategies.

A Typical Day
- Organize and direct program schedules and budgets.
- Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
- Provide expertise with contract negotiations as required.
- Oversee interdepartmental activities to ensure timely completion of product development milestones.
- Review program proposals to resolve time frames, funding requirements, and staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish work plans and staff each phase of the program.
- Manage product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate customer-facing initiatives and act as escalation point for issues.
- Maintain excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.
- Master's degree in business administration or program management is desirable.
- Advanced experience as Program Manager is mandatory.
- Experience in metals mechanical or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Spanish and English language.
