About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled S&T Capability Finance Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our Infrastructure and Operations global team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of the I&O annual operating plan (AOP) and forecast budget.
  • Manage the budget for Infrastructure, Cloud, and IT Operations, with a scope of approximately $551MM USD.
  • Track and report labor-related productivity initiatives for the I&O global team.
  • Support open and transparent communication pathways across multiple corporate functions.
  • Perform other finance-related activities as needed to support the I&O team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive responsibility in financial planning and analysis, financial accounting and control, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience with financial analysis and modeling using tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, and Hyperion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management.
  • Ability to function effectively in a team environment and gain the cooperation of individuals across the organization.
