Key responsibilities include:

Executing and recording wire transactions for fund transfers, distributions, and day-to-day operations.

Maintaining wire templates, banking information, and transaction logs.

Liaising with banks on day-to-day operational issues and activities.

Preparing daily reports for the financial and commercial teams, highlighting past-due items and actions underway to ensure collectability.

Supporting the Complemento de Pago process for Mexico.

Reviewing and processing re-aging requests.

Communicating with the commercial team and reporting on outstanding items, collection patterns, and concerns that may impact collectability.

Providing support to auditors and serving as a credit analyst backup.
