We are seeking a highly skilled EPRM Specialist to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing quality support and expertise to EPRM users globally.

• Resolve queries on system use and provide clarification as needed.
• Interact with requesters and IT Support Teams to resolve issues.
• Act as a cross-divisional key contact for EPRM process-related questions.
• Prepare EPRM reports to support global and organizational requirements.
• Perform training facilitation/delivery to relevant stakeholders.

• University Degree
• English (written and spoken); 2nd language a plus (Portuguese preferred)
• SAP/SNOW knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Data Analytics
• Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving
• Time Management
• Cross-Cultural Experience
• Good communication skills and analytical proficiencies
