ResponsibilitiesThe Role
The Global Network I&O Analyst position is pivotal in overseeing the management of the organization's worldwide network and collaborating with network management partners to ensure 24/7 operational support.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of networking technologies, including routing, switching, wireless communication, and security. Experience in managing diverse environments, NAC solutions like CPPM and ISE, application traffic management such as F5 Big IP, and DDI systems like Infoblox is essential. The candidate should also have a strong foundation in network performance management, service delivery, and strategic operational planning, coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving.
Your Contribution
As a Global Network IP Services professional, your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in hands-on technical tasks.
- Providing operational support to address critical business challenges through advanced network troubleshooting and performance analysis.
- Taking ownership of the Network Infrastructure support, resolving complex issues, and recommending design enhancements as necessary.
- Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conducting performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting, and capacity planning for network platforms.
- Monitoring and maintaining the overall environment in collaboration with experienced team members.
- Executing change controls and updating process documentation and team portals.
- Participating in troubleshooting, capacity planning, performance analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Communicating effectively with peers and management regarding system issues and participating in 24/7 on-call support.
- Automating operational tasks to enhance process efficiency and reliability.
- Managing multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Overseeing network service providers and matrixed resources.
- Refreshing heat maps and operational plans for campus networks, including all WAN, LAN, and WLAN connectivity.
- Monitoring and analyzing statistical data to formulate improvement strategies for network and application performance.
- Collaborating with the Network Capacity team to develop effective network capacity plans.
- Generating and monitoring global weekly and monthly trending reports by business sectors to support future growth initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Managing service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and service providers.
- Directing all aspects of the 24/7/365 mission-critical network and telecommunication infrastructure operations, including planning, support, and maintenance.
- Serving as the junior-level escalation point for network operations to resolve critical incidents.
- Maintaining the policy and procedures manual, conducting monthly service review meetings with key stakeholders, and driving vendor governance in collaboration with IT supplier relationship management leads.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant certifications are advantageous (CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP, DDIP, F5 101, 200, ACCP, ITIL).
- Proficiency in technologies such as MPLS, SIP, IP, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, VPN, Firewalls, load balancers, and Infoblox.
- Experience working in a multicultural, virtual team across various geographical regions.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.
Experience
- Relevant certifications are advantageous (CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP, DDIP, F5 101, 200, ACCP, ITIL).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Network/Telecommunications role, with expert-level knowledge.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Cisco/Juniper HSRP/VRRP, VRF, VPC, VC, LACP, and Fabric Path.
- Experience with routing protocols/technologies such as BGP, OSPF, Logical Overlay, IOS-XR, MPLS VPN, and Multicast.
- Strong understanding of application communication methodologies.
- High level of confidence and competence in communication during critical situations.
- Participation in complex maintenance or deployment activities.
- Ability to create or modify documentation in response to new events and learnings.
- Providing constructive feedback for improvement opportunities.
- Excellent customer focus and engagement skills.
- Capability to develop solutions within a complex operational environment.
