Overview: Ford Motor Company is seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager with a strong background in Data Analytics and product development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, Optimizely, and Contentsquare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and coordinate the workflow of the team, ensuring alignment across various teams to optimize work capacity.
  • Create an environment that fosters high performance and team excellence.
  • Lead discussions to ensure user story completion while making sure acceptance criteria are clear and actionable.
  • Utilize the product roadmap to steer the team's efforts towards delivering maximum value.
  • Guide the team in reviewing proposed technical designs against relevant policies and industry standards.
  • Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, demos, and daily standups.
  • Proactively identify and eliminate blockers and impediments to progress.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with JIRA, including setting up filters, dashboards, and reports.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing team processes and operational norms.
  • Communicate effectively with globally distributed teams.
  • Support and uplift team members during challenging periods to maintain high morale.
  • Exhibit adaptability and openness to change, responding to the evolving needs of the team and projects.

Position Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in digital transformation, particularly in data, analytics, and experimentation.
  • Ability to guide and influence the team based on cross-functional alignments.
  • Capable of making data-driven decisions to align with the product roadmap.
  • Engage with engineering team ceremonies to drive execution across supported areas: Analytics, Experimentation, and Visualizations/Dashboarding.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery from start to finish.
  • Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders to resolve dependencies.
  • Strong skills in IT Service Management, particularly in problem and release management.
  • Proficient in authoring key processes with a strong emphasis on documentation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Adobe AEM, Adobe Analytics/ADP (Launch), Adobe Target, Optimizely, Content Square, and GCP.
