About the Role
The Mobility Procurement Analyst II is a key member of the Telecom and Mobility team at Warner Bros. Discovery, responsible for overseeing the mobile device program for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure mobile devices, including iPhones, tablets, and MiFi units, for Warner Bros. Discovery
- Manage the product catalog to ensure equipment models and pricing are up-to-date
- Process Purchase Orders and manage relationships with mobile suppliers
- Respond to end-user requests related to mobile device and plan pricing, order tracking, and communication with suppliers and end-users
- Partner with Asset Management and Client Support on receiving and mobile device configuration
Requirements
- 3+ years of mobility procurement experience
- 3+ years of supplier management experience
- Strong business analytics experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Great organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with limited direction
Preferred Qualifications
- CITAM or other ITAM certifications
