Job Summary
We are seeking a highly competent and motivated individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Line Leader at our Ramos Arizpe facility. As a Supply Chain Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of transport within our organization, ensuring efficient operations and timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage supplier performance.
- Oversee the transportation of goods, coordinating with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and minimize transportation costs.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and actively implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with different departments within the organization, including production, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment and seamless operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar.
- Years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related is required.
- English B1/B2 is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), SAP, and PowerPoint skills.
- Proven experience working in a leadership role within the supply chain function, preferably in the refractory industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
