**Job Summary**

The Human Resources Supervisor will serve as a key point of contact for employees and management, providing expert human resource guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records using HR management systems

• Communicate human resource policies, procedures, laws, and regulations to employees and management

• Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits, and compliance

• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, and other employee concerns

• Facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process, ensuring a positive and productive start for new employees

• Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to promote employee engagement, retention, and development

• Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns

• Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Stay up-to-date on changing HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide expert guidance

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent work experience

• 3+ years' experience in HR practices and principles related to employment and labor law, supporting a diverse group of employees

• Ability to exercise discretion and judgment when providing feedback, guidance, and disciplinary action

• Experience in a fast-paced work environment, preferably in a call center or similar setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees and management

• Entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
