We are looking for a skilled Machinist, Specialized Expert to join our team at Aerospace Mexico - El Marques. As a key member of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for operating complex CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, and performing quality control checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machines to produce high-quality parts
  • Interpret 2D drawings of parts to be machined, including general tolerances, precision tolerances, adjustments, and GD&T
  • Handle measuring tools, including vernier, micrometer, and indicators
  • Perform quality control checks and self-reporting for production leaders
  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks
  • Perform tool and tooling changes for CNC machining and model changeover adjustments
  • Reduce waste in production and transactional processes
  • Support the basic training of new technical assistants

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Methods/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering
  • Pursuit of continuous process improvement and implementation of poka-yokes
  • Willingness and attitude towards autonomous CNC maintenance
  • Compliance with maintenance indicators
  • Availability to rotate shifts
