Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Tax Specialist to join our team at Hewlett Packard. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery and accounting of salaries, wages, commissions, and incentive payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage global payroll processes and PRIME materials repository.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans and create test scripts for projects as required.
  • Identify, report, and support process issues resolution with relevant parties.
  • Lead small to medium-sized projects and collaborate with management, internal, and outsourced development partners.
  • Oversee and provide access to testing tenants, and understand payroll system, absence, time off modules, and Global reporting features.
  • Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating systems changes, and help Operations evaluate the impact.
  • Partner with Payroll, HR, and IT to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
  • Coordinate and respond to requests for changes from original specifications if the change impacts multiple countries.
Requirements
  • Experience and understanding of payroll data.
  • Adept at collecting and analyzing input from multiple sources.
  • Experience in ADP solutions and Workday implementations.
  • Experience with different ways of running custom reports in Workday.
  • Business, process, and data analysis skills, including automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently within a project framework.
  • Ability to communicate with non-technical business users.
