We are seeking a Retail Sales Strategist to join our Sales & Marketing team in multiple locations across Mexico (Guadalajara, Merida, Mexico City and Monterrey). This role offers the chance to drive sales success and make a tangible impact on performance.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with proven sales skills in retail settings. As a Retail Sales Strategist, you will spend most of your time in the field visiting stores to support, upskill, and motivate their teams. Your people skills and sales expertise will enable you to make a high-profile impact on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit each store several times a month to engage staff and power their performance.
  • Review and follow up on sales performance of different retail stores in your territory.
  • Provide product and sales technique training periodically.
  • Ensure relevant staff have the knowledge required to upsell products such as Extended Warranties.
  • Spend 10% of your time in the office on administrative tasks, such as reports on sales and training activity, expense reports, and operational meetings.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with relevant sales experience in similar roles or as supervisors/ managers in retail settings. Ideally, you will have knowledge of electronic equipment sales, but this is not essential if you have an interest in these types of products. We also require:

  • Good negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Solid administrative, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience providing sales training and feedback.
  • A results-oriented approach.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
