Job Description:
This role requires a seasoned project manager to oversee the development of manufacturing processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to define project schedules, portfolios, communication, and execution of programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define project goals and scope for manufacturing process development
• Develop project frameworks, timelines, and WBS to identify deliverables and tasks in projects
• Lead the development of project capital and expenses spending plans, capacity plans, cost models, and project P&Ls
• Coordinate project tooling development timelines, including tooling development and qualification, sample making, and delivery
• Guide infrastructure, manpower, and material resources planning to support all builds in the plant
• Set up project teams in Operations and balance resources against project task requirements
• Lead Operations functions to complete project tasks on time and within budget
• Monitor project progress and drive implementation to ensure successful execution and overall project timeline completion
• Manage project scope changes and drive timely delivery of samples, preparation of materials for sample making, and completion of tooling and production documents
