We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to drive our digital marketing efforts in the US. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns to drive sign-ups and user acquisition across various platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) targeting diasporas in the US
  • Managing campaign budgets and ensuring optimal return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) and identifying areas for improvement
  • Creating targeted audiences using demographic, behavioral, and interest-based targeting options
  • Continuously optimizing ad creatives and landing pages for better performance
  • Supporting the launch and management of the LemFi Social Media pages, fostering a strong and engaged community
  • Taking ownership of growth targets for assigned markets
  • Representing digital marketing channels in weekly meetings
  • Providing weekly performance updates on assigned markets

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and engagement through digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS) and ability to analyze data to identify trends and insights
  • Experience with campaign management platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, Website listing)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Tableau is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Latin American communities
  • A passion for social media and community management

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
