About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Planning Specialist to join our team at Franke. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing production planning procedures to optimize new and existing planning processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare production schedules for manufacturing operations
  • Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes
  • Plan and schedule workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times
  • Confers with Value Stream Supervisor/Manager to determine status of assigned projects
  • Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
  • Prepare production reports to support KPI tracking
  • Audit work orders for component part accuracy
  • Reliable attendance at the job site is a must
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • Three to five years related experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • JetCam and Sigma Nest programming software or similar programs preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel
  • Fluent English conversational
