Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with local laws, standards, and regulations, as well as Business Conduct Guidelines, EHS procedures, and internal project development methodologies.
- Execute projects successfully, with a focus on zero accidents, on-time delivery, and within budget, while satisfying customer expectations and preserving Siemens' high quality standards.
- Manage communication with customers and stakeholders, establishing long-term trust and ensuring seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track resources and project progress, and document project events that impact the schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency.
- Manage the requisition of supplies and materials, review plans and specifications, and participate in project cost reviews.
- Assist in the request and contracting of suppliers and subcontractors, conduct orientations for project technicians, and provide necessary project documentation.
- Coordinate project-specific commissioning resources, pursue project-specific billing, and coordinate with commercial project managers and controlling teams.
- Devise, track, implement, and update risk mitigation strategies and actions, and communicate proactively with stakeholders to address unexpected events.
- Complete project-specific close-out documentation, document lessons learned, and support after-sales activities to identify opportunities to better serve customers.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, with experience in large EPC and/or Energy project management.
- Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.
- Desirable 5+ years' experience in the energy generation and/or energy efficiency sector, with specific knowledge of HVAC design environments and decarbonization solutions.
- Knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols, such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet.
- Minimum required past experience: 10 years.
