As a General Sales Support AFH Analyst Junior, you will play a key role in supporting our PMF/AFH Sales Team in daily Order Entries, new customers process, business reviews, contract uploads, paybills requests, and follow-ups aligned to sales team requirements.

Your Impact

  • Update Customer Account Set Up; Communicate new store openings, changes, and closings and provide associated information.
  • Support the Foodservice Orders: Receive order from customer, Confirm the order and Document order on internal systems and contact plant.
  • Support good customer service and guarantee SLAs & OLAs timing and delivery while working in process improvements and time optimizations.
  • Track and Report KPIs and SLAs related to E2E Initiatives and Post Mortems.
  • Responsible to Run reporting track for AFH customers.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's, Associate, or Technical degree in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar field. No professional experience is required, but advanced skills in communication with other teams and functions are essential.
