Job Summary

Psycom Solución De Negocio is seeking an experienced Shared Services Center AR/AP Supervisor to lead our Accounts Payable and Receivable team in Guadalajara. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and customer payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the Accounts Payable and Receivable teams to ensure efficient and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and customer payments.
  • Review and approve invoices, payments, and customer payments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Shared Services Leadership and cross-training.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Experience in transnational companies.
  • Experience in managing travel expense systems and ERP in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable module and GL module.
  • Issuance and analysis of reports and KPIs.
  • Follow-ups through checklists.

Benefits

  • Monthly salary: $42,000 nominal + Law and Superior Benefits.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Hybrid job role (2 days) after 3-month trial period.
  • Full-time, indefinite-term employment.
