Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of regional brand strategies to drive growth in LATAM markets.
  • Oversee sales performance, analyzing customer data and purchase trends to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and expand market presence.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, events, and product registrations across multiple countries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and community leaders.

 

Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in LATAM.
  • Advanced English language proficiency (C1-C2).
  • Experience in manufacturing, cosmetics, or related industries.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing, sales, consumers, and industry trends.
