Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and optimize purchasing processes across Chillers Plants, inventory management, and materials systems development to maximize process efficiency.
  2. Ensure that standard work is completed and published in an updated version.
  3. Collaborate on supply chain procedures, including inventory management, process automation, and JCMS integration.
  4. Consolidate and analyze supply chain KPIs.
  5. Implement and document supply chain processes.
  6. Participate fully in supply chain disruption escalations, define root causes, count measures for short/long term, and track actions.
  7. Recommend and create software to improve processes.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  9. Participate in Risk Assessments.
  10. Participate in training programs.
  11. Intervene personally to identify and correct unsafe acts and recognize safe behavior.
  12. Identify and report potential environmental impacts.
  13. Analyze and prevent the consequences of all actions before any activity.
  14. Contribute to compliance objectives and targets for safety, health, and environment.
  15. Commit to learning about continuous improvement strategies and apply them to everyday work.
  16. Attend trainings to learn about Lean & Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies as required by function and/or position.
Requirements
  1. 8+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related occupation.
  2. Utilize experience with lean manufacturing.
  3. IT/Demand pull manufacturing methods.
  4. ERP System knowledge.
  5. MRP and Replenish inventory control systems.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  7. Education and experience requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Business Administration, Materials Control, Engineering, or a related field.
  8. Advanced English.
  9. Availability to travel.
