**Azure Machine Learning Technical Support Engineer**
**Key Responsibilities**
We are seeking an experienced Azure Machine Learning Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure Machine Learning and associated Azure services, as well as excellent Python coding skills. Knowledge of AML workspace provisioning, model deployment, and scenario-based inferencing is also necessary.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to customers utilizing the Azure Machine Learning platform. This includes responding to inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions. The candidate will also investigate and resolve customer-reported problems related to Azure Machine Learning services, including API errors, browser compatibility issues, and image processing.
**Requirements**
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge of Azure Machine Learning and associated Azure services
- Excellent Python coding skills, preferably with SDK V2
- Knowledge of AML workspace provisioning and model deployment
- Knowledge of scenario-based inferencing, including deployment and provisioning on a compute and getting inferencing results
- Knowledge of networking, DNS, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, model development, and deployment
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to machine learning frameworks and tools
