We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the resources of the Facilities Department, ensuring the optimal functioning of the facilities, and implementing strategies to achieve company objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the resources of the Facilities Department to achieve company objectives.
- Ensure the optimal functioning of the facilities, including plant infrastructure and housekeeping teams.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
- Ensure that periodic and preventive maintenance is appropriately scheduled and performed.
- Coordinate with suppliers related to the operation of the building.
- Lead and manage a team of personnel to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related position.
- Knowledge of generators, HVAC, compressors, and electrical substations.
- Knowledge of civil works and firefighting systems.
- Detail-oriented and effective problem-solving skills.
- Leadership skills to coordinate and work with all company areas.
- Ability to interpret civil, electrical, and mechanical plans.
