PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled Taxation Expert to join our team. As a Senior Tax Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing and supervising the proper application of Mexican and USA Tax Law across our Food & Beverage business. Your duties will include monthly and annual calculations of current and deferred Income Tax, Profit Sharing, and all proper documentation support. You will also be responsible for determining and uploading FAS schedules into the HFM system, preparing tax accounts reconciliations for US and MX GAAP purposes, and reviewing monthly and annual calculations of VAT, Excise Tax, and Local Taxes. Additionally, you will supervise correct application and fulfillment of tax obligations regarding entities assigned, attend to Tax Authorities requirements, and prepare fiscal cost calculations of stocks.
Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise proper application of Mexican and USA Tax Law at the different types of legal entities of the Food & Beverage business in order to comply with Tax Law and avoid any possible risks.
- Monthly and annual calculations of current and deferred Income Tax, Profit Sharing, and all proper documentation support.
- Determination and upload FAS schedules into HFM system.
- Prepares tax accounts reconciliations for US and MX GAAP purposes.
- Review monthly and annual calculations of VAT, Excise Tax, and Local Taxes.
- Fiscal accounts determination - CUCA, CUFIN, CUFINRE.
- Supervise correct application and fullfilment of tax obligations regarding entites assigned.
- Attention of Tax Authorities requirements.
- Preparation of dictamen fiscal.
- Attention of internal information requirements.
- Fiscal cost calculation of stocks.
- Determination of tax implication on Dividends payments.
- Review Money laundry returns.
- Report the consolidated of current and deferred taxes to the United States and correct submition trough HFM.
- Determination and upload FAS schedules into HFM system.
- Identify and implement tax digitization and automation processes.
- Review deferred taxes according with Corporate guidelines.
- Analyze and determine the ETR by PMF according with Corporate guidelines on quarter basis.
- Supervise and deliver reports regarding Electronic Accounting process.
- Supervise and review intercompany transactions according with transfer pricing rules across all legal entitiesto deliver Transfer Pricing Studies.
- Review and fill format 76 of intercompany transactions to submit to Tax Authorities quarterly and annually of all entities of Foods and Beverage business.
- Supervise Inventory Destructions Filling formats according with SAT plataform including the consolidación of data, filling forms, control & follow up to secure proper deduction.
Qualifications
