Job Summary:

Carestream Health is seeking a highly skilled Web Designer & Content Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging web experiences that drive user engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Carestream's online presence, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand experience across all web properties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement high-impact web experiences that align with our marketing and business objectives.
  • Design and implement a suite of templates and image assets for email, landing pages, and marketing collateral to support our marketing team's efforts.
  • Work with clients to conceptualize, design, and implement web experiences that drive user engagement and conversion.
  • Coordinate content creation and ensure appropriate business approval across multiple stakeholders.
  • Design digital marketing assets for social media graphics, email HTML templates, website landing pages, e-commerce sites, and digital advertising.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent proven work experience.
  • 5+ years' experience managing website content and production using a CMS.
  • 3+ years' experience working with digital analytics packages, with an understanding of technical requirements and limitations – Google Analytics is preferred.
  • Ability to work across teams on complex project collaborations and autonomously.
  • Presentation skills to communicate design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback in your designs aligning with brand strategy.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • High-level technical understanding of basic web technologies.
  • Experience using large-scale Enterprise Web Content Management Systems (CMS), and Ecommerce tools.
  • Proficient in visual design tools (Adobe CC Suite, Acrobat; HTML and CSS).
  • An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in managing web content.
  • Ability to move between creating rough sketches to high-fidelity layouts to communicate design solutions and research to inform your style and reasoning.

  • Customer-centric with a creative eye for user experience and design.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Strong writing skills, with an exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
