**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Selina. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and making repairs as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Locate and correct malfunctions in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
  • Conduct regular checks on room electrical appliances and circuits
  • Repair or replace bathroom tile, paint, and other fixtures as needed
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks
  • Complete preventative maintenance checklists and other records as requested by the Operation Manager
  • Maintain tools, workspaces, and equipment to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Ensure security for guests and property by locking room doors, controlling keys, and reporting suspicious activity
  • Hold regular meetings with the Operation Manager to discuss maintenance tasks and goals
