VAVE Coordinator Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled VAVE Coordinator Expert to join our team at LEONI Wiring Systems de Durango S.A. de C.V.

As a VAVE Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting workshops and activities to develop potential VAVE ideas. You will moderate and track the implementation and achievement of VAVE targets, ensuring timely and effective progress.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating regular reporting, conducting feasibility studies, preparing cost estimates for assessment, and documenting VAVE initiatives. You will also initiate and moderate validation for feasibility in test setups at customer development and production sites.

In addition, you will act as a contact person internally and externally, coordinating with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. A key aspect of this role is developing VAVE software to support our efforts.

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in engineering design tools
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail, ability to concentrate, analyze complex situations, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Fluent language skills in English
