Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Technician to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to resolve maintenance issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
  • Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper function.
  • Identify and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
  • Communicate daily activities and issues to the team using approved communication protocols.
  • Display knowledge and skills in areas such as air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping, as well as external landscaping sprinklers.
  • Use the Lockout/Tagout system to ensure safe maintenance practices.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues to achieve common goals.
