Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Optimization Specialist to join our team at Varicent. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expansion with our enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tailored success plans to drive adoption, usage, and value realization across each account, leveraging deep product expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities and develop targeted strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, navigating complex customer landscapes and driving strategic initiatives forward.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencing their understanding of Varicent's value proposition and fostering advocacy within their organizations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS or software company.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion, with a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and navigate complex organizational structures.
