Financial Analyst Position at Jules
">We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team at Jules. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial analysis and support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Utilize your expertise in SQL to retrieve and manipulate data, ensuring seamless support for our customers.
- Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by consistently meeting FuelTrac's standards through personalized support and proactive problem-solving.
Requirements:
Customer Support Background: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, showcasing your ability to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- SQL Proficiency: Strong understanding of SQL, enabling you to execute database queries to analyze and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Excellent English Communication: Possess strong verbal and written English skills for clear, effective customer interactions.
Experience and Skills:
Bilingual with fluency in English and another language is beneficial for interacting with our multicultural client base.
- Relevant Experience: 2-3 years in customer support, indicating a developed skill set in handling complex customer interactions and technical issues.
- Technical and Additional Skills: Familiarity with SQL and the software industry is preferred.
- Experience in call centers or sales environments is advantageous, enriching customer engagement and resolution strategies.
Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
