**Production Supervisor Role**

This position is responsible for coordinating the activities of a production work team to ensure that manufacturing operations operate according to established specifications and production schedules, volume, cost, waste, and quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Provide necessary resources to facilitate the successful execution of safety, quality assurance, production management, and maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor volume and quality of outputs and adjust tasks, times, equipment adjustments, or inputs as needed.
  • Supervise Associates to ensure production tasks are carried out safely and Good Manufacturing Practices are adhered to.
  • Develop and review line process sheets and signatures.

**Requirements:**

  • Graduate of Chemical, Food, Industrial, or related Engineering.
  • Minimum experience of 4 years in food production processes such as baking, flours, emulsifiers, baking and packaging processes, packaging materials, cold chain, etc.
  • Proficiency in English.
