As a key member of our downstream supply chain operations team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to optimize our supply chain operations and ensuring efficient and timely product delivery to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and lead projects to optimize downstream supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and timely product delivery to customers.
- Analyze potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the supply chain.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Optimize cost-to-serve and develop strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality or service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in downstream supply chain operations, customer care, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics and warehousing, in the US, Mexico, and Central America.
- Proficient in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
- Proficient in English and Spanish at a professional level.
