Key Responsibilities:
Own and facilitate a disciplined SIOP process to align capacity with demand and support the site's financial plan.
Develop processes to improve forecast accuracy and identify risks and opportunities, documenting action plans and monitoring progress.
Establish the site's annual sales budget and provide analytical support on demand to achieve high degrees of forecast accuracy.
Coordinate material, labor, and equipment demand with functional leads, using SIOP capacity models to drive Labor and Equipment output.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or supply chain.
5-10 years' experience in a vertically integrated manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace or automotive.
Demonstrated experience in planning, forecasting, and analyzing OEM and aftermarket demand, with strong computer skills in MS tools and databases.
