About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager to join our Global Supply Chain organization. As an FP&A leader, you will be responsible for managing complex business and financial analysis, forecasting, and data assessment to drive financial rigor and business acumen within the business.
This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the Global Supply Chain Centers of Excellence team and business leaders, to project, manage and improve financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making
- Analyze and interpret complex financial data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a supply chain or manufacturing environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
