Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy Manager to join our North America operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the implementation and integration of privacy principles, policies, standards, and controls into our business processes.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR, and experience in implementing compliance platforms like OneTrust or TrustArc. You will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the implementation and integration of privacy principles, policies, standards, and controls into standard business processes.
- Ensure the adoption and use of PepsiCo's Privacy Compliance Platform by the business, providing training and support as needed.
- Facilitate the execution and completion of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) by business units and functional stakeholders, documenting remediation plans and monitoring their execution.
- Develop and maintain reporting metrics (KPIs, KRIs) and facilitate regular reporting to DPOs and/or Legal and/or Privacy Councils, as appropriate.
- Work directly with business units and functions to develop, create, and maintain a log of processing activities undertaken by the business.
- Support the development of processes to ensure PepsiCo implements its Privacy Management Plan/Playbook and CoE procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Data Security, or Law.
- 6+ years of experience in data privacy, regulatory compliance, risk management, audit, and data governance.
- Commercial and financial acumen, with knowledge of operational management accounting.
- Highly proficient with Privacy Compliance Platforms, ServiceNow, ERP, Content Management, Computer, Business Analysis, and Project Management.
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
