Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating approval processes for changes, participating in kaizen blitz initiatives, and maintaining updated procedures. Additionally, they will promote Lean fundamentals by selecting tools and applying them in kaizen blitz activities.

To be successful in this role, you should possess 5 years of experience in manufacturing process problem-solving, technical learning, written communication, drive & commitment, dealing with ambiguity, demonstrating initiative, communicating effectively, good organizational skills, and PC skills using software packages.
