Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Importation Coordinator to join our team. As an Importation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth importation of goods into our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track shipments from collection to delivery at our plant.
  • Respond to critical shipment requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support customs clearance processes.
  • Prepare expense reports.

Requirements:

  • Student of International Trade or Business Administration.
  • Intermediate-level English proficiency.
  • Teamwork and customer service attitude.

Work Environment:

Home office/Hybrid.
