About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Artist to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. This role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Summary

The Culinary Artist will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists. This includes preparing ingredients, washing and peeling fresh fruits and vegetables, weighing and measuring ingredients, operating ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers, and testing foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Fully understand and follow all company and safety policies and procedures.
  
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift, reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
